Questions people ask us

Will it fit my shower?
It uses the standard ½" thread found in almost every US bathroom. Not sure? Email us a photo of your shower before you buy and we will tell you, including when the answer is no.
Does it actually soften hard water?
No shower filter removes the minerals that make water hard, and we will not tell you this one does. What it does catch is chlorine, sediment and rust, which is what most people notice on their skin and in the smell of the water.
How long does the filter last?
Around three months for two people, less if your water carries a lot of sediment. The cartridge pulls out of the handle by hand.
Will I lose water pressure?
No. The nozzle plate pushes the flow through smaller openings, so the spray feels firmer than a standard head while using less water.
