This Privacy Policy explains how Sahos ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from this store (the "Site"). Sahos is operated by Enric Sanpera Sabadell, NIF 53872282A, Carrer de Valldaura 8, 08195 Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain.
Information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect device and browsing information, including your IP address, browser type, time zone, the pages you view, and the site or search terms that referred you. We collect this using cookies, log files and web beacons.
When you place an order, we collect the information you give us: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and payment confirmation details. We never see or store your full card number - payment data is handled directly by our payment processor.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Shopify's own analytics, to measure how our advertising performs and to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms. These tools may collect information about your activity on this Site and link it to your Meta account if you have one.

Our legal bases are performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), consent (for marketing and advertising cookies), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention and improving our service). You may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly sell personal information, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Data transfers and retention
Your information is processed in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
