1. About these terms

This website is operated by Enric Sanpera Sabadell, NIF 53872282A, Carrer de Valldaura 8, 08195 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain ("Sahos", "we", "us"). By visiting the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products, descriptions and pricing

We do our best to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours exactly. All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and limit or refuse any order that appears fraudulent.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full. You are responsible for giving us a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment processor. By submitting your payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, and your right to return an item is set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Warranty and limitation of liability

Our products are sold with the warranty described on the product page and any warranty you have by law, which nothing in these Terms removes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Correct use of our products

Our products are intended for ordinary domestic use. Please follow the instructions supplied. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modification.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
