Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, plus Washington DC. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [1-2] business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes [3-7] business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed: once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Nothing is added after checkout.

Tracking

We email a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. Follow it on our Track your order page. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the carrier marked it delivered but you have not received it, email info.sahos2002@gmail.com. We will open a claim and either replace or refund your order.

Taxes and duties

US sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. We ship domestically within the United States, so there are no import duties for you to pay.
