Our promise, in short
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a refund. The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. No explanation required.
How to start a return
Email info.sahos2002@gmail.com with your order number and tell us what you would like to return. We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorisation and the return address.
Please do not send anything back before you hear from us - returns that arrive without an authorisation cannot be matched to an order and cannot be refunded.
Who pays return shipping
- If the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered - we pay. We will send you a prepaid label.
- If you simply changed your mind, the return shipping cost is yours. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and we cover the shipping both ways.
Items we cannot accept back
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used beyond reasonable inspection, or that are missing parts, accessories or original packaging
- Gift cards and sale items marked final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further few days to post it to your account.
Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is our fault.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order once your return is authorised.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before the order is dispatched. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
